Order Processing Time
Please allow up to 2 business days for processing after placing your order. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking button, allowing you to monitor your shipment and view the estimated delivery date.
Delivery Timeframes
Orders are dispatched based on your delivery location.
Within the UK:
-Standard Delivery: 2–3 working days
-Next Day Delivery: 1 working day
International Shipping:
To Ivory Coast (Côte d’Ivoire):
-Standard Delivery: 4–7 working days
-DHL Express: 1–3 working days
Other International Destinations:
-Standard Delivery: 5–10 working days (varies by location)
-DHL Express: 1–3 working days
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (GMT) will be processed the next business day.
We do not ship orders on weekends or bank holidays.
Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT).
Delivery Issues
If your tracking number appears blank, it may be due to a delay in carrier updates. Please wait until the end of your estimated delivery date for your order to arrive.
If that date has passed, allow an extra 24-hour grace period, especially during peak periods. If your order still hasn't arrived, we recommend checking:
Safe places (e.g. bins, garden sheds, porch)
With other household members or neighbours
With your local post office
If no delivery has occurred and the above steps don’t help, contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
Customs Duties
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend ordering your hair well in advance, especially for events or special occasions, to allow for potential delays.
