Important: Hair Extensions & Wigs
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair extensions or wigs that have been worn, altered, cut, or removed from their original packaging.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free return and replacement or full refund.
