Products & Hair Quality
What type of hair do you use?
We use 100% human Remy hair, sourced ethically from donors in Vietnam, Cambodia, and India. All hair cuticles run in the same direction to prevent tangling and ensure a natural look and feel.
Can I dye or bleach the hair?
Yes! Because our hair is 100% human hair, it can be coloured, bleached, permed, and styled just like your own hair. We recommend having colour treatments done by a professional stylist for best results.
How long will the hair last?
With proper care, our wigs and extensions can last 12-18 months or longer. The key is regular moisturising, gentle detangling, and avoiding excessive heat without a protectant spray.
What textures do you offer?
We offer a wide range of textures including Straight, Body Wave, Loose Wave, Deep Wave, Kinky Curly, and Water Wave. Visit our shop to explore all available textures.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Klarna (Buy Now Pay Later), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of being placed. After this window, our team will have begun processing your order. Please contact us immediately at hello@mamzyhair.co.uk if you need to make changes.
Do you offer Klarna or Buy Now Pay Later?
Yes! We offer Klarna, allowing you to spread the cost of your purchase over 3 interest-free instalments. Simply select Klarna at checkout. Subject to approval.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
UK Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. Express (next business day) is available for orders placed before 12pm. International orders take 7-14 business days depending on location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping starts from £14.99 and is free on orders over £350. All international orders are tracked and insured. Customs duties and taxes are included in our prices.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order from your account page.
Hair Care
How do I wash my wig or extensions?
Wash with lukewarm water and a sulphate-free shampoo. Gently work the shampoo through the hair in a downward motion. Follow with a moisturising conditioner, leave for 5-10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Air-dry where possible.
Can I use heat tools?
Yes, all our human hair can be styled with heat tools. Always use a heat protectant spray and keep temperatures below 180°C (356°F) for best longevity. Excessive heat over time can dry out the hair fibres.
